We accepted Karl’s quote for a complete new installation of an oil tank and oil boiler, communication with Willowserve was prompt and precise, we had many questions for Karl and he answered them all perfectly. I cannot praise Karl and his team enough, it’s rare to see a team of guys working so well together as they did, the standard of workmanship was outstanding, keeping everything tidy as they went. It was one of the hottest weeks of the year and the guys had to dig a trench to bury the fuel line but they cracked on with the job in hand. The team is friendly, diligent, dependable and completely trustworthy. We also discovered from Karl that heating was not their only string to the bow and that they offer many other services too. We totally recommend Willowserve and would not hesitate in using them again, we give them a well earned 5 stars.

We have used Willowserve for a number of plumbing, heating and remodelling jobs over the past two years and they have been excellent throughout. They have a good team with a variety of individual expertise and skills; polite and professional and interested in doing a good job rather than a quick, cheap or easy one.

We used them over the winter to refresh our main and ensuite bathroom. This was a complete rip to bare walls/floor for both rooms, and they staggered the work so there was a functioning bathroom for the family throughout the project.

Very pleased with the job done, completely new rooms compared to how they were before. They’ve done an excellent job at tiling, fitting and finishing the bathroom suite and some noteworthy bespoke woodwork for towel cupboard and basin area in the ensuite. The resulting rooms were much better than anticipated – some interesting corners in both rooms and the skilled trades went the extra distance to come up with something that looked good and works well vs. just fits.

They were responsive to any snags or issues raised and worked with us to come to a good outcome.

Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Willowserve were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. We used them to install both a new boiler/unvented cylinder and complete refurb of our ensuite.
From the beginning, Karl was very quick to respond to any queries we had and really listened to what we were after. He came up with suggestions we’d not thought of and helped us find the products from local suppliers.
The boiler and unvented cylinder have transformed our hot water supply. We are now able to use the shower over our bath as the hot water pressure is so good, previously we weren’t able to use it as the pressure wasn’t good enough. The team installed them whilst we were away on holiday so we weren’t without heating and hot water. We left keys with them and they got on with it with ease whilst we were away. They left the house extremely clean and tidy for our return.
Then they refurbished the ensuite for us and it has exceeded our expectations. It is a complete transformation. Aaron and Rob were such a pleasure to have in the house, always communicating with what the plan was, arriving on time and tidying up at the end of every day. They completely stripped out the old ensuite, reboarded it, plastered, tiled, painted and fitted new sanitary ware. We are so pleased with the result and enjoy using it everyday. We live in a very old house with quirky plumbing. We needed a major hot water upgrade prior to a scheduled bathroom refurbishment by Willow Serve. We were very nervous about the work but Willow Serve reassured us that everything would be fine, and our was. It was well organised, the operatives were super efficient, courteous and clean. We are delighted with the improvement. They also returned very promptly to deal with an unrelated problem that developed.
Now looking forward to the bathroom refurbishment. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Karl and his team updated a very old oil fired boiler, shower and radiators.

The team is polite, hardworking and very knowledgeable. Karl is extremely approachable and nothing was too much trouble. His team were extremely efficient and treated our house as if it were their own.

New pipe work and radiators installed to a high standard. They removed old water tanks and the water pressure now is great. A beautiful new shower that actually works. The new radiators make a real difference to heating the house.

Amazing professional service, they were always on time and methodical as well as always cleaning up afterwards. When we had an unexpected issue with the rafters they quickly gave a solution and fixed the problem was well happy with it. They were to the quote bar the extra rafters issue but this was well priced and glad to pay. The team were great and respectful as well as friendly we are now planning a second phase to be done by them which is always a good sign when you see returning business so quickly.
